| Damn, Tsumabiki is tougher and crazier than I had thought. Kadomori is enjoying her fight more than usual while Hyouma continues to try and protect Botan. This episode definitely had a good momentum in terms of action. What an ending this episode...but I'm not too surprised. Botan is a key figure this arc. |

| A battle fanatic huh, fits her like a glove i think. To think that the enemies main goal is to unleash utter chaos though. This urge of theirs sure proved to be quite the potent motivation for them. But with the entry of the other umbrella's the odds arrayed against Hyoma and co become way to overwhelming for them to overturn. Loved the level of complexity they added to the battle as well. Damm what an intense ep that featured both top tier action but also dire story developments as well. Can't wait to see what happens next. |

| Tsubaki is INSANE, and I love her so much lol. Unhinged waifus>>. Life and death situation and she just smiling through it all. She was keeping up with both Umbrella and rock lady very well and then the solo fight against Umbrella. But wow what a reveal. So we now know the group that’s behind everything and there’s several new Tsukumogami among them. Even Hyoma and Tsubaki combined were no match for such odds. Proud of Hyoma for not giving into his desire for revenge and standing tall to protect Botan instead. It’s a shame that the Tsukumogami had already seen through that plan and told Fukie to tie her up. Forcing her to watch the fight unfold. We saw Hyoma overcome his trauma from the past in this episode and do his duty, now it’s time for Botan to remember what those around her have told her recently and not give in to the past. I expect she’ll be able to fight off the living god’s revival attempt until help arrives Pacing was a little slow this week tbh, I feel like it dragged a bit. Love the story, but ready to see what happens next. I feel like some of the episodes only have like 10-12 minutes of new content cause of the recaps, OP, exposition etc |

| Wow so just about everyone was defeated with Tsubaki and Hyoma hanging on by a thread. Also, the tsukumogami kept Botan tied down so that she can take in her friends' demise, hopefully it will backfire if she still has memories of her human side. Currently it all seems bleak so unless Botan's tsukumogami somehow break free and come to the rescue I'm hoping the marebito can sense her human memories, we'll see. |

| I just started watching from the first episode and caught up to here. Gotta say they were fighting a pretty hopeless battle. |
| Idk why but this episode felt like it really dragged on for me, more so in like the first half. The second half felt a lot better and more interesting though at least to me. We got to see Hyoma put his thoughts of revenge aside to prioritize protecting Botan which was cool. To be honest I was expecting him to lash out or something. But it looks like it wasn't enough |

| Tsubaki is the last line of defence for the Kyoto Saenome against the Bureau of Traditional Music and the paper umbrella tsukumogami, and she's a force to be reckoned with. It's a given why Representative Kadomori entrusted her with so much hope, and while she is occupied with the paper umbrella, Tsumabiki goes for Hyoma and Botan to awaken the narebito in the latter's body to evoke chaos and have life co-depdenent between them and humans, that's their definition of rock. But the fight that's stopped by the others succeeding in eradicating the rest of the Kyoto Saenome, it's only Hyoma and Tsubaki against the Bureau and the Warazamawashi, led by Shigure. An unfair 7-vs-2 line-up to awaken the marebito, Botan's chances of survival are close to none, and the evil spirit that he found that killed both his siblings, Hyoma can face them at last, knowing the full truth of the paper umbrella tsukumogami, his conviction is stronger than ever over revenge, because it's his duty to protect Botan no matter the circumstances. Even as both Hyoma and Tsubaki put up the good fight, Botan is just a sitting duck in this matter because of Fukie and his true loyalty to the paper umbrella tsukumogami. As the past catches up to the present, all fear wallows and takes hold of Botan in the most aggravating way possible as the protection is gone. Evil is winning... |

| The laziest episode so far. Half of it was taken up by an overly dragged out reveal sequence for more antagonists, and the rest with flashbacks and action scenes that get offscreened within seconds. The animators must hate their job. |

| Can't believe they didn't show the face of the one that killed his siblings, a whole presentation about the umbrella squad yet there still one going all mysterious lol also weird that Hyouma wanted Botan to run away but didn't pay attention if she even got a chance xD |
