October 6th is the official day the airing will start , so it's not wrong.

However , it was announced a little bit more than a week ago that it'll also receive a special pre-screen today.
It's not a very popular entry , so mods probably didn't saw this announcement , and no user seems to have reported it too.

@Aryu1410 They didn't get it wrong. ATX/ABEMA premiered the episode early. Regular broadcast date is from october 6. The airing date will be changed though so just wait.

According to the AT-X program they'll air episode 2 on Oct 5th at 11pm their time (same day and time as episode 1 this week).

Still cant change to watching since its not airing. Heck, they had second season of Eminence in Shadow started months ahead of time because of a screener at an anime convention so official air date is a pretty fragile excuse.

You should be able to tho.

They added a new data to allow such entries to be moved to your Watching list , despite the Not Yet Aired tag.

Idk what to tell you. When I switch it to 'Watching' I get a popup that says "This anime has not aired yet, you cannot mark it as anything but Plan to Watch". and it reverts. Happened right before I looked in the forums and commented on this post, and I just tried again and got the same thing.

EDIT : Figured out you cant switch it to watching from the Fall 2023 Seasonal Anime list, you have to go into the amines page itself and switch it there.
