Ningen Shikkaku Chapter 6 Discussion

I feel like the way you describe these chapters is very immature. Nothing in this book is a joke really. It’s an actual suicide letter of Osamu Dazai. I can’t delve much into why everything’s depicted the way it is without reading the actual novel (since I’ve only read the manga), but the experiences of the author must’ve traumatised him so much, that even though some of it is blown out of proportion, some of it is equally true. The best manga I’ve ever read and I’d say just focus on the fact how cruel it is. Remember that anytime that Oba jokes is just a cascade to hide his true depression, struggle with addiction, lack of motivation and purpose etc. Hope this makes sense. Perhaps some youtube videos can clear up some of the scenes and topics in no longer human :)
