What are the real-life names of the haunted locations?

Has anyone compiled a list of all of the real-life equivalents of the locations that have been visited in the series? I've been invested in the anime since it aired, though I may have a lower scare tolerance than everyone else, and it's fascinating how pretty much all of these locations are based off real places with the same urban legends. I know @Shikimoka did a compilation before, but based on the topic title, these only cover the locations marked in Episode 10.
