The story is: in the near future, people are required to have a license for giving birth and parenting children. There are children who work as examiners of the licensing. This is a story of an examiner - a boy and a couple. The 1st volume focuses mainly on the couple and the story seems not so crazy other than the social system. But the story turns vector in the 2nd volume that focuses on the examiner. As readers would suspect at the beginning of the story, it shows kind of horrifying aspect and ... The art is average, has a taste between girls comics and ladies comics.
