I like this Ep. Training a dog with handshaking is a very good idea. Also, he tries his best in this way for Chata 🐕

Dealing with disability dog would be several times much harder, but because of love, as love as there's love, there's no obstacle that can't be overcome. Also congrats for mangaka getting published, I assume this is based true story, now I'm wondering which manga is this...

Didn't expect this episode to be emotional as well ;_; Felt so bad for Chatarou when he lost his hearing, and was scared and depressed. It was interesting that for once, the owner was able to solve the problem by himself! It was so touching to see Chatarou "smile" again after learning all the signs and being able to be "normal" again.

I like Irino Miyu...but his voice was a bit grating at times as Haruyuki :')

Heartwarming and emotional episode! Funny that Irino Miyu gets to voice for a character again, who has to overcome communication issues with the others disability by using hand signs (Silent Voice). And in that process overcomes his own issues too.

Cute episode. I like that the mangaka put in so much effort for the shiba and in the process learned how to be more expressive as well. I was kinda annoyed that he didn't give the dog a treat or something as reward/praise hahaha just relied on gestures, but he's inexperienced anyway. Good on him.

I also use hand signals with my dog because he doesn't really respond to sound. It's very effective. He's not deaf but he doesn't really register voice commands as much, and sometimes doesn't even notice me if I'm making heaps of noise (probably thinks it's just normal background noise lol...)

Good tip from Niwa at the end - I make my dog wait for dinner oops, I will make him practice waiting in other ways instead.
