Koi wa Futago de Warikirenai adapts Shihon Takamura's school romance light novel, which began under the Dengeki Bunko label in May 2021, featuring illustrations by Almic. Kadokawa published the fifth volume in March 2023. Okari began drawing a manga adaptation in Comic Dengeki Daioh "g" magazine in April 2022. Kadokawa released the second volume last July.
