Kids anime that hold up surprisingly well?

I've been looking for a really easy-to-follow show to get me back into watching anime. I think a kids show would be perfect because I could probably multi-task and not get lost. So what are y'all's favorite anime that is meant for kids but is still interesting as an adult? Or even what anime is so simple you think anyone could keep up with it, even if it's technically not meant for kids?
