I feel awfully after watching this. And pissed off seeing what kinda garbage it turned out to be. Who the hell wrote this shit.
"Friends" what the F that means. Just showings a flash back of that seen doesn't make it any better. That's not character development. That's bullshit.
Ahh iam feeling like shit after completing this.
What did you thought about this anime.

I like it. But it seems they cut 1-2 episodes and straight down end his relationship with Shinako just like that.

Ending sucked for Shinako, she clung in the past pursuing her past loves brother. Rikuo left yesterday behind and went with Haru, which is somewhat a healthier life choice. Will it work out? Probably not.

Loved the hell out of this anime; No slapstick rocket punching MC into the sky, just powerful emotions and dialogue, more of that please.

This anime was different from the usual, so I enjoyed it. The ending seemed kinda rushed like too much (especially the ending scene) but the original mangas I believe came out decades ago (don’t quote me on that i think it was off Wikipedia)

But yeah, Haru was a nice change of pace to the story. Visually , it’s pretty decent. There is a BONUS 6 eps OVA/ONA (the last episode sums it up) but yeah kinda disappointing and I was like that’s it?

Still, I would watch it again just because it kinda seemed relatable like it could happen in real life a bit. In terms of Shinako, I would say as harsh as it sounds, she needs to move on and not to the younger brother that’s weird imo.

right, the younger brother thing creeps me out.
I wouldn't have minded if she ended up some other dude after braking up with him.
but hooking up with his love's brother, after being in a brother and sister relationship. to me, it makes her a shameless character, a disgusting person.

if she had so much difficulty just to be romantic with his classmate, "because she always thought him as a best friend". and got chickened out for a kiss, and got shivers for the just thought of having s*x with him.
and has no to nothing of non those twords, with supposedly her little brother. which she grow up with since he was little. and worst her first love's brother, in my eyes it's shameless and a disgusting thing to do.

the anime was really good, really havey Drama, yah the last episodes ware really rushed.
I did watched the special hole 6 episodes.
still, I feel the same as I expressed my self above.

the ending was disappointing and awfully. leaves me with a sore throat.

You awakened my memory of the rage that I felt at the end of this show. This was on it's way to become one of my favourite romance anime of all time, but the last 15 minutes ruined everything.
I am not complaining because he ended up with Haru, but because him suddenly jumping on a train and declined his love with her without any build up did not make any sense.
I've heard the manga took more time to explain that.

Every time I think about this show I get mad. I remember loving the first two thirds and then it fell off a cliff. What really added to that disappointment is that MAL showed it would have 18 episodes and the extra six were shorts or something (I don’t remember). MAL didn’t fix it near the end and I remembering how the hell they were going to wrap the story up. It sure wrapped up all right…
