And so after 10 years the story ends, with a fantastic ending

In the doorway stood a young woman whose beauty must have come from the gods themselves. Her eyes like golden moons were brimming with emotion, and her hair as dark as the night sky bore two ornaments: a floral hairpin...and an accessory with sparking rainbow stones.

Ah somebody got here before me it seems (:

I'm so happy but so devastated right now, the ending is beautiful yet leaves room for an eventual sequel perfectly in my opinion. Ending it with Rozemyne finally reuniting with her real family is just perfection, especially as it's from Lutz POV.

Man, this series has been a cherished part of my Mondays for the past five years and have made Mondays one of my favorite days of the week. Each part has been a delightful escape into the fantastic world of Yurgenschmidt, making "mynedays" something to look forward to. I'll truly miss the anticipation and joy it brought to the start of my week.

Thank you Miya Kazuki for creating such an incredible journey that has been a comforting and exciting part of my life. And a special thanks to quof for the best localisations/translation that I've had the pleasure of reading.

HY5 and eventually part 6 can't come soon enough, as this world has so many more stories to tell.

This is a work of fiction that transcends "light novels" and something that'll be with me forever.

@evilchris Oh it will be don't worry. We still have Hannelore 5th year as well as a few side stories left to adapt before an eventual sequel

@FireFistYK A true sequel would be nice - haven't heard anything about it, however

The author, Miya Kazuki, talked about the sequel in an interview a year ago.

You can find it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/HonzukiNoGekokujou/s/KJZlJdn9m0

Also without spoiling much, things happen on Myne and Ferdinands side and we hear about it in the Hannelore 5th year spin off.

Author's writing skills surprised me from beginning to end.
It's incredible how she managed to write so many character with so much depth and interlacing events.

What comoved me the most was actually Ferdinand.
I ended happier for him than for Myne.
