| The winners for the years 1-16 are also listed on the contest history page, but they've usually only made the grand prize winner available on youtube. At least Japanese directors of short films often share their winning works on their personal youtube channels anyway. You can follow the links to individual years from here: https://www.tbs.co.jp/digicon/history/ When creating the stacks I searched MAL for each title from those years, checking also the director. Naturally entries from many countries aren't in the database, but there were also quite a few Japanese, Chinese and Korean entries that hadn't made it. Especially from the early years even the winners aren't on MAL. The reason why they aren't included is that either they haven't been submitted or then the staff isn't considered professional enough by MAL standards, as defined in the Database Guideline section I.2. The participating regions aren't fixed, the current list is only for the 26th awards. In addition to the current ones I've seen at least Singapore, Cambodia and Uzbekistan. |
