Is it really less girly than Sailor Moon, Winx Club, Shugo Chara, and Mermaid Melody?

I know I've made this thread many times, but I do that because nobody really has told me why it's less girly

When I watched it, i found it very girly, but I remember I asked people once to rank magical girl anime from least to most girly and some ranked Tokyo Mew Mew below ones like Shugo Chara and Sailor Moon. Looking back, I'm not even sure why I asked people to rank them because they're all pretty girly

I dont think ive ever see someone say it’s less girly than the japanese mahou shoujo listed. Though id argue winx club is a different kind of girly due to it being focused more on fashion, while TMM is based on cute sweets and trendy cutesy cafe jobs.
