| Tsubakino has to be one of the strangest characters I've seen in this franchise up to this point. They have a very colorful personality and adds charisma to the show though. Sakura's role as a leader has been debtable but I feel like he's did what he can so far this season. |

| This show just can’t help but make me cry. I have so much respect for Sakura, I love him sm. It’s so hard as a man to apologize, especially to other men and being vulnerable about your insecurities can be scary.. doesn’t help it is often labelled as “feminine” to be so open to other guys, so I’m happy to see a series tackling healthy male relationships and encouraging that intimacy. Doesn’t make you any less of a man to be vulnerable. The way they visualised Sakura finally leaving the path he’d been forcing himself to walk on the tightrope all this time was so beautiful. Of course, most of the struggle is in his head because the boys already accept him for who he is, flaws and all, but he’s finally turning that page. Love that for him. We even saw him laugh genuinely for the first time with the boys, his guard’s down! I really could do with several more episodes of these Bofurin bonding/character development episodes. It’s just so wholesome and what separates this from other delinquent shows like TR. it’s not just about fighting, but about these guys coming together, making a positive change in the community and being part of something bigger than themselves. There’s a lot of real world lessons you can take away from this series. Tsubakino the trans icon you are. I think it’s so cool that she’s not hiding from or ashamed of who she is, like the way she told Sakura she hoped he could get used to how she dresses was so cute and pure, and the way everyone in the group respects her the same as they’d respect any of the other leaders. This is just such a healthy group of young people 😭 where can we find this irl Sakura being the biggest romance shipper and blushing every time anyone flirts or talks romance around him is soooo cute, I just know he’d be a massive shoujosei fan like me. Can’t wait to see what the date looks like next week!! |

| Ok, that first half? Particularly the beginning - beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. And what it expands to, fucking hell, that's right in the kokoro. Too close to home. Actual A+ community under all the shenanigans and ribbing. (Poor Sakura though. lol) Wonder how many wish we could've had something like that back then. Geez. Second half- what. the. actual. fuck. 🤣 This may surprise you, but we have the same equipment. In-fucking-deed. The gift that keeps on giving, and the ball doesn't stop rolling for a minute. Poor Sakura- more like RIP at this point. Pfffffft. 🤣 The twins are literally just the cherry on top of the sundae here. Probably the best episode of the season so far. And now I'm hungry for omurice too, good thing I've plenty of eggs. Heh. (The real question is: will we ever learn Suou's history with nattō? Not that one needs a special reason to hate nattō...) |

| Sakura has grown quite close to the entire class now, and this development is truly noteworthy. It takes real courage to open up and reveal one’s weak and vulnerable side. Yet, when Sakura did just that, his classmates responded with tough love—showing how deeply they care for and respect him. They reminded him he’s not alone and that they’re his friends. The first half of the episode beautifully carries forward the warmth from the previous one. Sakura’s short interaction with Tachibana was both cute and funny. Then came the others, sharing their own embarrassing fears—Takanashi being afraid of bugs lol, and Tsugeura being so scared of ghosts that he washes his hair with his eyes open. But Suou being afraid of natto was definitely the funniest of all—like, what kind of trauma did he go through to fear natto? I completely understand how Sakura felt when he realized that Tsubakino isn’t a gal but a guy. I thought the same throughout the first season, and when I saw him again in this season’s OP, I was speechless and couldn’t process it. Tsubakino being in love with Umemiya was another twist. When Sakura noticed it—just like I did—I was laughing, while poor Sakura, as always, started blushing hard after seeing Tsubakino’s feelings. I’m not sure if Umemiya knows how Tsubakino feels, but with everyone being so open now, he must have figured it out. A date with Tsubakino? There’s literally no way anyone could say no to such a beauty. Though personally, I’d prefer if he didn’t talk the whole time. |

| Very adorable episode. There isn’t much to say about it, really, but it was such good vibes all around. I’m really glad Haruka has finally realized that it’s okay to be completely himself, since everyone else is being themselves too. He was afraid they wouldn’t accept his weaker side—Tsukasa is afraid of bugs (just like me lol), Hayato is afraid of natto, and Taiga is afraid of ghosts. Everyone has their own fears. Fears aside, I’m glad he realized that the whole point of friendship is accepting each other, no matter what weaknesses you have. You stick together, accept one another, and trust that neither side will walk away just because they’ve seen a vulnerable side, else you were never friends in the first place. Friendship aside, I hope Haruka starts to grow from this realization and stops getting so flustered over friendly vibes. It’s cute when he does, but I’d like to see him get more used to it—like how Hajime is—since Haruka still has a long way to go, with like two years still ahead of him. Haruka aside, that cliffhanger was a bit weird. Didn't Tasuku just reveal that he's in love with Hajime? It was kind of confusing why someone who feels that way would immediately ask another guy out in front of his crush. I reckon it ain't so much a date as it is a hangout—maybe to talk about something important? No clue. In any case, I’m excited to see how Haruka responds and what’s going to happen if they do end up going out. |

| @Marinate1016 No worries! Nothing was confirmed for a long time but Satoru Nii-sensei mentioned it in a recent interview, Tsubaki is still a super amazing and well-written character though, and like I said is still canonically in love with Umemiya ^^ |

| As boring as I found this episode to be, for some odd reason the team always decides to direct these SOL episode better than the actual fighting ones... Which ain't complaining, I mean I prefer these episodes to the mindless fighting anyday. Also... femboy? Okay, you might have just gotten my attention again show. |

| Three episodes of Sakura feeling bad about not being strong enough and having to rely on his buddies. I'm happy for him, but we GET IT. Did something this simple need to be told at such a slow pace? I sincerely hope that they get a move along, it's getting ridiculous at this point. |

It's like an obsession. I see those people in Western shows & don't think twice. I see them in anime, roll my eyes & think "here we go again... the comedy relief." It's an annoying trope. |
