'Lupin the IIIrd the Movie: Fujimi no Ketsuzoku' Anime Movie Unveils Additional Pair of Cast, Trailer

The official website of the Lupin III anime series revealed a pair of cast, key visual (pictured), and a trailer for the Lupin the IIIrd the Movie: Fujimi no Ketsuzoku anime movie on Friday. The movie is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on June 27.

Actors Ainosuke Kataoka and Aoi Morikawa are joining the cast as Muom and Sarifa, respectively.

Rock band B'z (Meitantei Conan, Magic Kaito) is performing the theme song "The IIIRD Eye," which is previewed in the trailer below.

Takeshi Koike (Lupin the IIIrd: Jigen Daisuke no Bohyou) is directing the anime at Telecom Animation Film. Yuuya Takahashi (Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai) is penning the scripts and James Shimoji (Hinomaruzumou) is composing the music.

Lupin III: Part 6 (Lupin the 3rd Part 6), the latest installment in the franchise, aired in 24 episodes in Fall 2021. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime in North America and simulcast it on HIDIVE with subtitles. A six-episode prequel anime titled Lupin Zero streamed exclusively on DMM TV from December 2022 to January 2023.
