I don’t mind when anime studios use 3D in their work. Some studios know how to switch back and forth effectively, but there are also far too many where it looks really bad. The intro intrigued me, so I watched some of it, and in the preview, some of the character shots looked really terrible. One moment it’s in 3D with poor coloration, then it switches back to traditional animation. I’m genuinely not hating—I’m just really curious how others felt when they saw this anime in terms of the art style.

I only glanced at ep 1 and 2 but it seems they are done by different studios and have separate stories, so you are only complaining about ep 1. Second episode has regular hand drawn animation.
