Different narrative style this chapter - cuts between Kiso, her family, and the Roman battlefield. Is Kiso "lost in the supermarket?" Thoughts permeate on "Death or Glory." Joe Strummer and Mick Jones forever. Very troubling chapter, darkly comic. Peeling back the layers on these people is important.

(ok I'm going to use the translator) The second volume of Tokyo Days is a look at artistic doubts, it is a mirror where one as a person sees oneself with one's artistic intentions faced with "art", faced with society, faced with one's own weaknesses and a beautiful "return to the roots".
