Like in Silent Voice it's not simply a cliché romance, Both are a mixture of drama and romance and this mixture if well executed is so addictive.
and i think both have a lot in common

Not really sure where you actually draw the specific a s unique comparisons, because personal growth and struggles are bread and butter of every romance story. Just like school being privacy the most common setting in anime.

Silent Voice is very unic. Touch diffefent not cliche topics. Deep character deevelopment. That type of thing doesnt happend with Kaoru. ¿It is bad, Kaoru? No. Just a cliche romance. Nothing you cannot watch or read in a milion others mangas or animes.

While story wise it’s cliche, it’s clear that when you actually watch fragrant flower it executes the story in a way that is far more effective than most of the other anime in this same vein

2. After 4 episodes it turn out to be a mix of Toradora, Tsuki Ga Kirei and Dangers in my Heart.

I agree with these. Because I think things can get for everyone differently. Well. I actually see the anime and actually read the manga. And its beautiful. Cloverworks make it soo clean and the mangaka have a nice style. The story is nice. I think is just that, it is nice. And very important, again, the character developtment is hugeee in Silent Voice, not here in more than hundred chapters

Kaoru Hana is a better romance story than A Silent Voice, in my book. The latter is possibly more effective as a drama, though. Hard to compare the two because they excel at different things.

they are so damn different that you cant compare them.

kaoru hana is pure romance. its all about the relationships of the characters, about their personal problems and so on.

while "a silent voice" is a drama... there is not much romance... is there any? sure they kinda like each other, but their relationshop as lovers is not even in.

i for myself didnt like a silent voice, because it was too short for me.. it would have worked a lot better as a series.

dunno... you just cant compare them at all.. the topics are completly different. and the mood is too
