| I am pretty sure the plot is gonna be like this. In early U20 matches, Blue Lock will win easily because author want to showcase the "secret training". Then later on, their "secret training" no longer work and losing. So, they have to looks for something else. Typical power up in Shonen genre. This is pretty much similar to One Piece 2 years timeskip where StrawHats easily beaten the Fishmen. Then pretty much all enemies later on, they have to get some sort of power up. |
