Why doesn't this have an anime yet?

probably because it's an old IP so it wouldn't boost the Manga sales and because it's old that people doens't seems to be interested in cause everyone just wants new ongoing titles especially anime studio, they want to adapt that is an ongoing trending title, and yeah Shoujo Manga rarely gets a anime

usually a random IP or not so popular novel/manga gets an anime is to boost sales and increase attention to it

for case its very old, fan base it there but not enough to redo all the hype

as for me id like to personally think it would be too much for my heart to handle again
