Director:
Hiroyuki Takashima;
Sakugabooru;https://www.sakugabooru.com/post?tags=hiroyuki_takashima
Hiroyuki Takashima is a top-notch animator who specializes in action scenes where the scenery moves along with the character. As an episode director, he has proven to be very competent, earning important roles in Mushoku Tensei season 1, directing and storyboarding acclaimed episodes. Furthermore, his peculiarities as an animator include frequently animating from a first-person angle, often animating action scenes involving spear fights, and, in his own words, liking the clothing in his animations to be very detailed. As this is his first work as a director, expectations are high, both because of the qualities he has already demonstrated and because of the animation quality of the Yuusha Kei promotional videos.
Hiroyuki was responsible for the storyboard or direction on three episodes of Mushoku Tensei season 1, in addition to animating these episodes almost entirely "ALONE" (episode 5, the kidnapping of Eris and Rudeos, Hiroyuki was responsible for the storyboard and direction), (episode 17, Rudeos' reconciliation with his father, Hiroyuki was responsible for the direction) and (episode 21, the fight against the Dragon God, in this episode, unlike the first two, Hiroyuki did not animate the episode "alone," he was responsible for the direction). Furthermore, he made isolated animation and key animation contributions to other episodes that I haven't mentioned.
(It's also worth noting that both Hiroyuki (director) and Yoshiki Nakakouji (assistant director) did a large part of the pre-made teaser that came out before season 1 of Mushoku; this is quite significant because that teaser was amazing.)
Assistant Director/Monster designer:

Takeru Noda is an apprentice of Hiroyuki Takashima. He is an "inexperienced" animator compared to others. He has worked as an animation director on Mushoku season 1, and did key animation on Mushoku season 1. He was also a sub-character designer for dandadan. His mentor describes him as a promising animator, and Yuusha Kei will be his debut in a major role.
Prop design/Main animator:
Kouta Sugawa;

Kouta Sugawa specializes in character acting animation and emotion design, being particularly good at portraying tears, managing to represent scenes where characters cry well, such as the scene of Rem and Emilia crying in season 1 of Re:Zero in addition to obviously having worked on Mushoku season 1 he was responsible for the scene where Roxy cries.

Music:
Shunsuke Takizawa;
Shunsuke Takizawa is an exemplary composer, besides composing original soundtracks, Takizawa also works as an arranger, pianist, sound programmer, keyboardist, and even instrumentalist. He has created soundtracks for fighting games and anime with intense scenes; his music manages to convey energy, tension, and emotional impact, which helps amplify dramatic or combat scenes. For example, his work on Guilty Gear Xrd and the few available soundtracks from Yuusha Kei clearly demonstrate this.
