| Still seems a little surreal seeing Meroron so happy with the other girls, but Lord knows she deserves it after everything she’s been through! Now that we have the full 5 cure roster, it’s time to decide our center. Never a doubt in my mind it had to be idol. She was born for this and it’s only her humility that even made this a competition in the first place lol. I mean, Wink did look nice there I’ll give Zakkuri some credit, but idol is the it girl of the group. I still think they could’ve just done a rotating one like what the Liella girls do as well, but I guess since it’s only 5 people they wanted a consistent one. Tfw no precure pretty store irl. I’d buy all the merch lol Speaking of Zakkuri and Nana, I love how bashful the two of them get whenever they’re around each other. I’m not shipping it because of the age gap, but it’s sweet. “Looks like you can’t do anything without henchmen” ok I’m loving how much Jogi fucks with Chokkrine lmao. Serves her right after all that time she spent abusing Zakkuri and Cutty. This week’s fight was more of a device for the girls to select idol as the center, but I love that little moment where Kiss calls Idol their sun and asks her to spread her light from the middle. Hard to believe that’s our same Meroron! That ending is a little ominous tho, just who is Kaito and why’s he emphasising that the girls keep their bond?? I think he might be more than just an idol. |

| After episode with a twist about the story, now we have the most predictable episode. Of course Uta would be the center. Sadly excluding Cure Kiss for reasons said in the episode, the center in my heart is Nana. |

| It's too easy to read, I'm sure 99% new villain(man) is Kaito's Former idol partner. It's really precious to see Meroron fainting, but It's too itching watch Idol and Kaito. |
| only temporary, but I'm glad to see Nana in the center. Realized she is already popular and thinking she can star in dramas - well, that would be fine, but the problem is if she get asked to change to other clothes. Or maybe precure can change to other clothes without losing the transformation? the reformed Meroron has a reality marble ability, should be helpful in keeping civilians away from the fighting. and nice to see Cutty and Zakkuri get decent jobs. looking forward to next week! :) |
| Confrontation between Kamen Rider Agito, G3 and Gills on who should be the main rider (me likes Kamen Rider Agito, fuck off Kamen Rider Kuuga), my main waifu from this show Cure Idol treated like the Red Ranger from the Super Sentai, Cure Kiss doing her best Space Sheriff impersonation with the whole thing about transporting the enemy into a different dimension, etc. etc. etc. Couldn't Toei just tell me that this IP is a combination of stuff I like from their own tokusatsus mixed with what their tokusatsus can't give me instead of shitlessly boring me with useless, childish Mary Sues like they did in Go Princess Precure? as easy as it gets but no, we must repeat the same vomit from Yawara: a fashionable Judo girl with boring mary sues all over the places doing the most boring stuff imaginable (models with the main problem being more model than their own mothers....yaaaaawhn) because reasens. I'm glad they corrected themselves in the meantime. Consider me sold on this IP. As a secondary note, I find laughable that this episode alone shows more respect for the figure of the Red Ranger than the one of the titular Super Sentai Show is showing with the whole thing of turning the Red Ranger from past seasons into a disposable Kamen Rider figure in the hands of the enemy. | Damn, I wonder who the center of "Idol Precure" can be.... Maybe the cure named Idol who was the first in the group and has been the center for 30 episodes? Kaito sounds suspicious. He HAS to be connected to either the fairies or villains. Maybe he IS that villain guy, who knows. |
