Heika Watashi wo Wasurete Kudasai Episode 1 Discussion

It's almost reminding me of something from a few years ago, IkenaiKyo where the noblewoman was exiled and met a guy rumored as a Demon Lord, but then he just tries to "corrupt" her by stuff that's fairly tame and more helping her assert herself. She has a Snow White moment a few times with animals just flocking to her, the cast was fun too.

Or that manga that I don't think I properly finished, Shinigami Hime no Saikon; where a noblewoman is seen as a God of Death because her first husband died at the altar by a freak accident, but she marries a nobleman who's rumored as a tyrant, but he seems to treat her well. Only 13 chapters, I must've stopped maybe halfway through at most

@holdingnothing Hmm...interesting titles. Personally the only mangahwa that I know of that this description reminded me of right away is "I got pregnant with the tyrant's child"


But yeah man...I watched this studio's series last season and that I liked that despite everyone else bashing the animation style, length, and other nitpicks....but this episode felt WAY shorter than that other series.
EDIT: Ok I wasn't just imagining it...the series they had last season was 14 minutes per ep and this one was 5 min per ep. OUCH....that drastic difference in length is PAIN

I mean, I'm grateful they bothered to try to animate this at all but I wish another studio could've picked this up especially since it sounds like it has potential? well, time will tell...
