I’ll let someone correct me if I’m misremembering but last season covered through volume 4 I believe. That would put at volume 6 for next season assuming the same pacing and 24 episodes again.

@Joebohobo147 Thanks! I have all the volumes up to 5 right now and I’m up to 2, so I should definitely be caught up by the time S3 airs

one LN volume has been adapted into 12 episodes so far - so more than likely, s3p1 will cover LN5 (fall 2026) and then s3p2 will be LN6 (spring 2027)

If the overall pace continues like before, LN 5 and 6 are covered within the third season. Personally, I think they might take the LN 7 in there as well: nowadays, people don't like to wait for stuff + shorter series are preferred.

Also, I think there are bigger plot lines going on after the LN 4. This isn't my opinion, but there might not be "enough material" to compile the season 3 with just the next two novels. The pace of one episode would maybe change because of the bigger lines and take the wind out of some people's sails.

There are lots of new people coming into the series and I'm beside myself waiting to see how the anime will handle that without confusing people. In any case, I will be happy to see my favourite characters continuing their story!
