I’m a little confused at the reason for this question. If you like the show just watch all of it.
If you have a terminal illness and only have time remaining to watch 100 episodes of anime, turn off the tv and be with family.
But joking aside, please expand on what the problem is with watching everything. If it’s sensitivity to the ecchi stuff it’s part of the whole experience so just find something more suitable, no judgement from me. I’d like to know more so I can answer properly.

I will never understand part/season/episode skippers. With crappy fillers or just recap episodes, I get it, but anything else? Might as well not watch it in the first place, at least that's what I think.

Why skip it? It’s more Monogatari. You literally have Monogatari in your favourites.

Also some episodes have concepts that are applied later so no, don’t skip it. There’s one especially that actually has something that becomes central to the plot. Koyomimonogatari is not filler.

koyomimonogatari tells some untold in-between stories that happened along the main storyline. If you watched or know what happens in the main story all the way up to owarimonogatari, you wont get lost.

What in the actual Jesus Christ you mean by skipping? It's Monogatari, you shouldn't skip anything, if you have watched the other parts until koyomi Monogatari, you already love the anime, skipping anything from now on, is a waste of enjoyment.
