| So I guess that wasn’t simply an ancestor or something lol, instead it’s something created by the Abyss King, not necessarily a monster tho based on the info we currently have, so did the Abyss King go and create life despite that not being the nature of the abyss? Idk I’m just throwing out a guess here, but one thing I know for sure is that Dark Hime is hot af lol, of course she gets a new sexy outfit the moment she goes dark, and I think it’s interesting that this happened because of her inner desires to have Satou to herself, I guess even if she opened up the harem, she still had those feelings deep down, it should be interesting to see how Satou and the harem deals with Hime in this state. I also liked the Emperor’s bit of the episode, they did all that snooping and planning only for him to show up in the armory anyway lol, but he turned out to be a lot more understanding than he first appeared, and after the story he told, it makes sense why he’s been going against the Ring King legend, it’s hard to argue with him too after seeing that all of those ancient relics don’t hold any power now. Thankfully tho he imparted some wisdom on Satou which made him think, and they did at least get two cool swords out of the armory, so it wasn’t a completely wasted effort. |

| Loved the episode, especially Krystal’s Abyss form design. I wonder how powerful she is now. I’m also curious how Haruto and the gang are going to snap her back to her senses. I think they did this so Krystal can move past her fears, which I think is an excellent direction to take. |

| Ah so that's how "Dark Krystal" was born lol. While she was able to reject the abyss' call to bring her to the Abyss King she has maintained that new form and is currently waiting for Satou. I wonder if she will attack the other princesses if they get too close, we'll see (maybe she will make him have sex with her but I know that's wishful thinking). |
| With the ceremony's conduct, the infiltration into the Mythical Armory to retrieve the Ring King's sword is at hand, and the protection behind it, like the Earth magic golems that Satou had to waste his breath for Amber to fully disable them, and Saphir having to disguise herself as Maasa's dragon god for distraction, the Armory feels like a place that otherwise feels like a sham. However, the Emperor proving that with his instincts by showing himself and bringing Satou, Marse and Amber to the actual Armory, even the Ring King's sword in its decrepit state, no matter the legend, is just a useless sword if it only collects dust. Instead, Gisaras, the sword of the Nokanatika Royal Family, used to protect Hime and the first Ring King against the Abyss King, the legend ultimately did not hold up its weight, as is him distrusting Alabaster working against them while holding the scars of the past, and aligning his gut instincts with concern for Satou's future. At the very least, Satou's job is done, but Morion realizing that her sister is talking to someone from the Abyss, of which Hime only sees the suspicious student as completely human, the Abyss's apostle slowly taking over her to spawn her dark side and collapse and reshape the Spire entirely, it's another land of the manmade Abyss, that only awaits for one thing: the want for Satou. Man, did I ever not want to see Dark Hime, but her goth side is appealing too. |

| I have to take back my insult of calling the emperor a jerk. He's just a bit jaded after seeing magical relics fail to protect those he held close. If his advice for Satou is to not put all of his faith into the rings power like Alabaster, that only leaves Satou his allies to have trust in. Like Marse who is able to put that magic sword which once cursed him to good use now, and his wives of course. The Emperors line about all the great sages mentioning that the world came from the abyss, and the Abyss King's desire is to drag the world back into it..really makes me wonder if that ring princess abyssal ghost was just a simple trick. Maybe the abyss is dead people??? Dark side Hime ignoring what the Abyss King wants and remaining focused on Satou is magical. |
