| Holy this chapter is wonderful, a much needed one-on-one dialogue between Ego and Isagi, between a fallen angel and his successor who wields the title of the demon king, striving to become number 1 by attaining divine 'Godly' ability. It's rather surprising to see Ego talk about the most illogical thing in sports. Luck formula + flow state are simply a way to re-create that divine state Ego was in? What is this? Something beyond the flow state is simply supernatural, it's beyond an individual's own ability. Whatever it is, it'll be interesting to see the story play out... And finally a declaration of conviction! Beautiful shot there at the end with Isagi confidently taking Ego's dream and Ego letting his disciple surpass him. |
