You really think I’ve watched 4 seasons and haven’t had the slightest bit of enjoyment? Im wondering if anyone sees that in season 4 everyone is being annoying about their feelings

I mean if you really hate the characters and the plot that much, why do you still continue to watch it though?
I don't start threads to vent my frustration about it since I already know what this series will give me. FRUSTRATION. But I'll come back to finish it (hopefully it ends soon).

Though I do understand the frustration of each season being a song and dance of Kazuya being too pussy to just take the next step. With Chizuru being so stifling to block attempts of Kazuya and being so damn wishy washy with her goddamn feelings. Then you got Ruka trying to cockblock everything. Mami trying to make Kazuya and the gang miserable because if she's not happy then no one deserves to be happy. (Even though she was the one to dump him. Toxic bitch.)

Yaemori is a homie and best wingman of S3 and Sumi is just a kind shy friend of Chizuru.

Personally this crap should've ended in S3 but I understand that it keeps getting renewed due to their being an audience for it and it generates money. Even though the story is objectively trash slop but I can't complain since I too have trash taste for mid isekai slop.

I like the plot, I agree with all you said. I really just want the two mains to finally spit something out and it just feels like rage bait because it’s literally everytime there is something

@dizzymichal Yeah, I've lost hope for them. They did spit something out in S3 even towards Chizuru's grandma encouraging Kazuya to be the special person to Chizuru where she can be vulnerable to him. Which she did, when she broke down infront of him and showed him that side of her from her normal girlfriend act or the confident surface level of her personality. This should've been the point where both realized that they were compatible. Even if their realtionship would've been weird of how they met. That's why I still think it should've ended with S3. Its the best this show has been. I have stockholm syndrome with this show from already investing too much time into this show at least why I'm still sticking around for it.

Compared to other MC's like
Sakuta - Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai
Hachiman - My Teen Romantic Comedy
Tada - Tada Never Falls in Love
Eiji - Giji Harem
Ichikawa - The Dangers In The Heart

At least one or both of the mains in these shows try to take what they want. To say that if you really want a relationship with someone then you should chase it and not beat around the bush expecting that fate will lead to that becoming a reality to fall onto your lap. So even the actions of a character like Fuka I can respect but man she should've chose a better person.

In all reality Kazuya doesn't deserve none of them for being the type of person to get cold feet with Chizuru who already was alluring to him and to just go with the flow that lead to the pseudo realtionship with Fuka. Then having the realization that he will probably would be unhappy and be unable to truly give what Fuka wants.

Chizuru shouldn't have given Kazuya special treatment from the get go to the point where it got out of hand. For someone being in showbiz as an aspiring actor and attending college. This is one of the most "what the hell did think was gonna happen". Even after the fact, she've never had a boyfriend before Kazuya when she has ease of access of guys in showbiz and seems as if she's keeping Kazuya on the idea that he may have a chance with her. She showed him sides of herself that only her grandparents have known, it should've been a green flag and acknowledge that she likes him. If not move on for fucks sake.

I only feel bad for Ruka for just being a side piece from crap writing and choosing the worst MC of all time in romance.

It's like these guys have been sheltered their whole life and have no idea of social cues. Other than beating around the bush because of the japanese culture of not being very direct but this show takes it to extreme levels. I'm one to talk as someone that isn't the most socializing person ever but holy shit man.

My bad for the long ass post but I finally let out my qualms with this show for once and I can still go on and on with critiquing this show.
