| Another Hikarikoji-centric episode and I think that's the third or fourth in a row. Close to it anyway. Two things stood out to me about this episode: First, the sheer size of her family estate reminded me of Mendou from Urusei Yatsura. Similar gags. Second, I enjoyed the silliness involving feeding Eru in the closet and even that dumb ending with Hikarikoji in Shunsuke's closet. All that said, I think the show is beginning to run on fumes with this character because really, there wasn't much to this episode. Of course, I'm sure that's not the last we've seen of her, but it might be for me given next week is probably gonna be my last episode for the year and she wasn't in the preview. Speaking of... Next time: Shunsuke the journalist??? |
