hey, I've seen like 20 full CGI anime in my 10 years of watching anime and all I can say is that as long as the story is somewhat good, entertaining, and/or funny, I'll enjoy myself :)

p.s. I haven't seen Ex-Arm (except for clips) but I've seen "Rusted Armors" and that... was an experience
