| Big plot dump this chapter. Looks like a magic world nation is behind all the bad mages in the human world. Plus hints at a past war between humans and mages and osogawa used to be a human. |
| I like Kaede already. Her character design really clicks for some reason: the coat and plaid skirt combination is just too good. And, holy crap: her hair... The guillotine joke was just the cherry on top. Also, more worldbuilding! Hopefully this is a sign that the manga will get to explore these ideas in the future, and has gotten past an axe meeting. As opposed to, say, an Otr situation where ideas are teased right before the manga is in danger of axing. |
| Thought we might get a bit more about Osoegawa's human past since it finally came up again, but back to waiting. |
