it was probably to symbolise what their purpose of living was and why it is important to survive, indicating their dreams and ultimate goals showing their true character ... As per what is shown neither of the girls like who they are but still do not want to die, They are blaming their name, The people who gave it, indicating bad parenting that has been prominent resulting in these girls falling into the clutches of killing games ... That is my interpretation... Girls remember these when they are about to die but are saved by Yukki... This is like their last moments before death where they think about if their name was different, meaning if they were someone else probably their idolised versions, they wouldn't have been this vulnerable and would have probably survived... But Yukki saves them afterall...LOL!!!
