| The game involves trying to guess from which series a crop of a certain picture comes from. This cropped picture will be displayed in the Club Pictures. The game is open to any member to join in at anytime. The rules are somewhat straightforward (if in doubt please contact me). Players join by commenting on the picture, in doing so they automatically recieve their initial 20 points and are added to the game ladder. The winner is the FIRST player to leave a COMMENT correctly guessing the picture's origin in the Club Picture board. Players are allowed 4 guesses EACH before turning invalid for the round. No point penalty is awarded for guessing* A maximum of 10 points is given to the correct answer, with an additional 2 point bonus, if the answer includes particular details like character's names etc. As an incentive to play, with each passing day that goes without a correct answer the total prize total decreases by 1 point. Therefore, if a winner is declared on the 4th day after the game round's start the player is entitled to 6 points (10 - 4). The picture will be left for a week, afterwhich a new game round commenses. The round winner is then responsible for chosing the picture for the next round (he/she may only return to the game after hosting their game round) The game ladder (player status) will be displayed at the club's home page, and is updated with each round. *subject to future change |
