| I still think Apachai will live, though he'll be bedridden for a while. ...okay, now I wanna see him take out some guys without leaving his bed. Sounds funny. Anyway, I really liked the end to this fight. I'm a little apprehensive, but that's likely because this is the first arc to finish since I got caught up, which meant the others flowed differently. Still very good. |

| It's because Agaard taught him the basic moves which Apachai than upgraded to his fitting, and in sparring he taught them to Kenichi, hence new techniques, that Agaard knew of, but were not his own, so he did not teach them to Koukin. I mean they are not kick and punch, but apa-kick and apa-punch! :) sense? |

| Aside from the almost white page before the final kick which reminded me of Kubo's style, a very excellent chapter. Those attacks really are from Apachai. Kenichi knows them by heart by now, being at the receiving side of it all the time XD. Now what's next? |

| Holy shit, most epic fight ever in manga for me. The best fight before this was Kenichi vs Shō Kanō, but that's easily over taken by Kenichi vs Tirawit Kōkin. Damn...makes up for the crap battles of Akisame, Kensei, and Shigure. Their opponents were badly written especially Shigure's. I believe the manga will continue to head in this direction too. Hopefully there will be fights down the road that will rival Apachai vs Agaard for master class battles. |
