| Like the name suggests, this is a claiming club -with a twist. Instead of characters or couples, we claim member cards. How does it work? At the beginning of every month I open a thread where members(anyone can submit) are free to submit any cards they've made. You can make as many or as few as you want, with a variety of themes or just one. It doesn't matter. As long as they fulfill the requirements(the club's name, the month and year, and space for a username somewhere on it), it will be accepted and added to that month's thread. When the month is halfway over, I will open the claiming thread and it will remain open until either the end of the month or until all cards have been claimed. Then the process begins all over the next month. Each member can claim one card, and each card can only be claimed once. With a few exceptions: The club creator gets five, but from different people. These are outside of the claiming process. Participants get 8, up to two from any one person. These are also outside of the claiming process. In addition to the monthly thread, we'll have specials for major holidays, or something with a theme that won't be claiming topics. That's for later, after the club grows more. If it does, lol. You might think this a weird idea because there isn't a constant chance to get a lot of cards. I just thought it might be fun, maybe more if you're a masochist... But there are many card-based clubs and I wanted something different. Feel free to ask any questions. I might've left something out or explained something poorly. ^^ |
