Yeah, I play the japanese one. It's different than the american one and I prefer to play the japanese one. How I explain that ...
The difference
In japanese ccg you've Platoons (example: S-260 Gin Ichimaru & Izuru Kira), powerful captain (example: Byakuya), ...
Because of Platoons, it's easy to combine decks. Example: Gin has powerful battle cards, which can rarely be negated. Izuru can reduce the power of an opponent's soul. With the Platoon you can reduce the power and play the powerful battle cards. So it's easy to "kill" a soul.
Some cards of the first set are still powerful. For example Momo Hinamori, who can discard Abilities. The play speed is very fast, because you play 3 cards average a turn and draw until you've six cards. It means you draw 3 cards average at the beginning of your turn. You've many cards to draw cards.
The end of the ccg
I see in USA 5 sets are released. Only the first set was produced in europe - the ccg die very soon. 2 sets are produced in Germany.
The problem is the bleach anime wasn't show on common TV (in the afternoon) - only in Pay TV (rarely people has it ...). The anime can't show in the afternoon, because it has much violence and bloods. You can show it only in the midnight ... But who watch anime in the midnight?
You can see: no anime, no advertising.
Somehow the ccg is popular in Japan long time ago ... They produced 21 sets.
How it comes no more sets are produced in the USA ... or it will be more sets ? |
