The Japan team has troubles beating the France team. They are all using "kamaitachi".

They seemed very powerful like Kenzaki said, too bad Ishimatsu discovered their tricks, and the kamaitachi are just like weaker versions of Boomerang Hook, just invisible. Why they all had girls' names?Good Napoleon avoids both, and good they leaved his fight for the next episode.Seen the Boss of the teams is the only member that can do something.

MONSIEUR KENZAKI? MONSIEUR KAWAII?

That was an unintentionally funny episode. Those french stereotypes just really got to me.

in the original manga, the germans were portrayed as nazis.

Good teamwork in Ryuuji's team helped uncover the secret behind the France team's techniques. Those punches were nothing more than kamaitachi-style attacks.

Once again, Ishimatsu played a crucial role in securing the team's victory, haha. The other fights were great too, especially Shinatora's.

But wait! Even though four French boxers are already down, their strongest fighter is still standing. Ryuuji really needs to stay focused if he wants Japan to score another perfect win.

I was initially worried that a six-episode season wouldn't be enough to cover the whole tournament, but it hasn't felt rushed at all so far. It's fast-paced, but not too fast. I'd say it's dynamic and entertaining, since it concentrates on the key fights instead of dragging things out by showing every single match and focusing on it too much instead of skimming through those matches. I'm talking here mostly about insignificant matches featuring participants jobbing in an instant.
