DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Great start I love the banter between Hakufu and her mom its classic :P Hakufu's stupidity is starting to be a little cute. This is the 4th episode and this is the 4th time the bad guys are trying to rape or screw Hakufu. It was funny the first 3 times but it might get a little old if the same joke keeps coming up. ...4 fights are in this one - Koukin vs Hano - Koukin vs Taishiji - Hakufu vs Taishiji - Ryofu vs Saji ...I was missing the 3Kingdoms history lesson last episode. Good thing its back. |

| Wait a minute, by now I know already that this was supposed to be a Romance of the 3 kingdom reference, but only now I could see something about the subject when the narrator just called the other guy Taichi Ci (even if badly translated, at least this name cannot be confused). After this, I just checked the other characters on MAL and there they said the correlation between the 2 stories... My point is, if this show is/was supposed to be a correlation between a millennial story (that today I'm still not sure if it was a real thing or just a romance story of something similar that happened in real-life China) and a...... a... a fight between fanboyism people on different schools in Kanto, Japan(?) story, WHY didn't they just address the characters by their correlation names? Obvious they should have their own names too, but this should not be an excuse to ignore the name that correlates the 2 stories, the link between 2 things that make this one good and without it bad (or awful, if the person doesn't like this type of fighting shounen). And don't say that they did it in a subtle way, because they didn't, only now I know that the girl is supposed to be Sun Ce and the guy Zhou Yu, they could reference that more clearly if they want... But with this, I have another problem... As Dynasty Warrior's gamer (especially the 4th entry) and focusing on the Wu part, I know everything I should about Sun Ce story, his past, his unexisting future, and his moto too... So, with that said, what happened with his (in this case her) father (Sun Jian)? And his/her brother and sister? (Sun Quan, the future leader, and Sun Shangxiang?) Also... Isn't it supposed for Sun Ce and Zhou Yu to rescue the 2 Quiao sisters and marry them? How would... In this show... What tha hail? This is a mix of everything that could transform it into a storm of wrongness without precedents... Spoiller crew... Am I wrong on this? Or... Please don't say I'm wasting my time! |
| For the ones that like to bother others (like me) with "you should read the manga/LN", please stop. I don't read mangas, I will NOT read mangas, I will not listen to what manga readers complain in adaptation to the anime counterpart, I only watch anime except in very few and specific situations. |
