Please also notice that sometimes items are held up by your local post office or customs service. If you haven't done so yet, we recommend you to ask your post office for assistance as well.

According to our past experience, your parcel should be held by the local customs because of the product's value. Thus, it is recommended to check with them first. They may forget to inform you about this parcel.
