I like Death Note, because is intelligent, this is the anime that made me became an otaku, one of the firsts that I watched
I never saw Code Geass so I can't compare

Out break company because it's a show about an otaku who gets sent to a different world with mystical creatures and he has to teach the about the otaku culture.
