| My vote for doesn't matter. Well, for toilet sized rolls anyway. At my work in the lab, we use big industrial rolls of blue 3-ply paper for all sorts of lab associated activities, and it's gotta be over, as the rolls are quite big (50cm across easy), and it's a little difficult to reach past the whole roll..... So, my caveat to my vote is: unless you happen to be taking a crap in a giants toilet, then you're going to want the big bastard to be an over-person-giant! |

| I mostly put it over because the paper is closer to you and its slightly easier to take it off. Oh and the pole isn't right at the moment...^^; |
