| The main reason I picked this up was to hear クレヨン社 play. Although, I ended up recognizing a few clips from this episode inadvertently. Akira reference at about 22:12. |

| Saw this long, long ago and can hardly remember any details in it so it was cool to find a BD of it cheap. Ole school anime with all it's flaws but also it's vibrant energy and attempts at a ultra violent/realistic style. Angel's character design resonated with me for a long time and was one of the things I remembered well. |

| What happened to anime like this!? So amazing, we get no adult action series anymore, four seasons a year nothing but isekai gerbils. Fricking amazing, and it only gets better from here. Haggard detectives, hero cops, crazy terrorists and secret weapons. I wish anime would still make stuff like this that wasn’t infantilized weirdos gooning loli girls. The glory days of the OVA. Mass marketed stuff now never gets to these heights. |
