| having the most powerful weapon in the world would be fun? right? nah too much responsibility but in an anime its awesome, along with masane's wicked transformations. lsumi said: i hope theyll explain little more bout NWSF..... me2. i'm also looking forward to the presentation of NWSF. they somehow look like a promising enemy... or ally. my speculations vary at this point. Best way to find out is to simply watch the anime, and I'm gonna do just that. |

| I'm really surprised to see that not many people on MAL have taken the time to discuss this really great anime. Either that, or they watch it, but don't take the time to discuss it. Either way, what a great episode, again! I didn't bother commenting or going indepth with my thoughts in the first episode but I will this time around. First off, this being an older anime (2006) has some of the best quality/animation i've ever seen. It's amazing in high definition! (Netflix baby!) Secondly, the story is original, and feels like a refreshing concept! The characters all feel different, and unique in their own special way! Which makes it all the more intersting as an anime. Well the episode itself was great, but I don't really have much else to say. Looking forward to the next! |
| So big companies fight for the possession of that weapon huh. And does that think only activate when there is one of those monsters around? If she could activate it at will she could kick the ass of those idiots and go find her child(which btw i doubt if it's biologically her child). I love how this show has a more serious spirit with the characters being more real. How i miss anime like this that are not full of moe girls and staff. | Ahh, with that little tidbit where the "Father" of NWSF made an appearance, now it really is clear that there's something more to that weird organisation... I wonder if all those kids that were hugging him have been brainwashed or something. o_o The story is developing nicely... and definitely seems very original. So refreshing! Haven't seen too many (if any?) clichés this far. And the animation is still great throughout this episode. :D Can't wait to find out more about the "Witchblade"! |

| Riko is best girl for sure! Pretty decent development, still loving the atmosphere and still think the pacing is horrible slow! Either way loving that ED, let's see what's next. |

| So Masane has an ancient relic with the power to control the world. No wonder she got immediately kidnapped. Rihoko ran into some interesting characters herself like Yusuke the aspiring reporter who hasn't paid his rent in months! This new story he's working on doesn't seem like the safest scoop to reveal! |
