| probably because the episode 2 discussion topic wasn't seen as "real" by the forum, so a user still gets a 'create and discuss' button when finishing the episode. the creator of the first topic did not define the topic as an episode discussion, he just copied the poll and created one of his own instead of using the template. |

Yes. I created it because when I updated the episode it was said that there is no thread. for episode two. ;-) |
| Look at the thread titles: one is Bonen no Xamdou, and one is Xam'd. Since the name of the entry changed it probably said that no one made a topic yet. |

I have to say there's just something fresh and exciting about this anime not to mention the kick ass OP music choice. I really like Nakiami and look forward to seeing her character develop more. Looking forward to more. |
| This episode got a little bit too close to reminding me of Eureka 7 for comfort (not only are the characters similar superficially, Nakiami acts a lot like Eureka), and I just know I'm going to hate those friggin' kids the same way I hated the little kids in E7. That said, there were some good scenes here, especially the one between Akiyuki's parents. |

| The first 2 episodes are really impressive. I'm looking forward to seeing more. This also reminds me of Eureka 7, which is a good thing for me. |

| Hope that ginger kid doesn't turn out to be an especially irritating character throughout this series. Akiyuki took up a notch with his transformation this time. The rampaging humanform was dealt with spectacularly, and he protected Haru in the process. Unfortunately, Akiyuki also got ambushed, blackmailed and kidnapped by Nakiami. Poor guy can't catch a break from all the people attacking him. |

| Rather good animation and production values, but I have quite a few questions after seeing this episode: How did Hari know that Akiyuki had been Xam'd and turned into that monster thingy? She goes from completely shell shocked to beating up the soldier protecting her to chasing after these two monsters fighting. Doesn't seem very logical to me. Also I'm guessing that the authors of this series have never been to a warzone. To be fair I haven't either, but I'm pretty sure the first thing that would come to mind after I'm reunited with my injured friends wouldn't be "Oh bummer our tournament is cancelled now!" and "Here's the ice cream roll from the bet we made this morning" which is exactly what the glasses dude said. It seems that the characters in this show are all acting rather irrational. At least Akiyuki's mother was concerned about him, there's at least someone who's responding appropriately to this situation. |
