I've been dissapointed since i caught up with the scans of the manga at how nobody is scanning Bastard!!, despite it being one of my favorite manga ever. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the official release in bookstores, probably because it's seinen. One day I'll probably have to order the volumes on the internet. I'm consistently irritated, though, whenever i find someone who's read the raws, because all this awesome stuff has happened, and so much stuff has happened, that it's really tough to keep up. Who else wishes some scanner group would pick up this manga already?

Don't you have any manga retainer near you? We have 2 manga retainers here in Israel (only in Tel Aviv) and I order in one of them Bastard!! volumes and they add it to their orders and so I got my Bastard goods. In case you don't know the manga is up to volume 17 by Viz, and they release a volume half a year (what an absurd time, but given the release rate of Bastard in Japan it won't be too long before they will go in the rate of one volume a year... :X)

I just finished reading volume 16 myself, and I have 17 waiting for me to read it anyways. And scanning Bastard is quite hard, what more, a large amount of possible translators are probably Official release supports (like myself), so I don't know how long it will be before a new volume will be scanlated. You should try getting your hands on Viz's releases, they have their flaws but they are nice (flaws, like, referring to the same character in 4 different names in the same volume, which are just another typing way for a given name and not different nicknames or something)

This group is making the volumes that Viz didn't made,in high quality,I just hope the could joint the double pages of some volumes better.Hope they will make the complete ediction too.
