Ok since she thought about the others girl words about her own future, then i can only think of two situations ,1) is that she doing this to rush progression and be done with him to think about herself, her future.
2) She thought about her future with 'him' even tho this may would happen in future in series, but if this was the case , it felt sudden and rushed. idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

| @Saiaku27 The first option seems the most likely, but I don't think it's just so she can go back to focusing on herself. I believe her main motivation is his age, like the other woman said in Chapter 15, he doesn’t have much time left since he’s already 30, and she’s realized that his love for her is what drives him. So she decided to use that to help him become independent. |
