Crazy Kyoka then subdues Ouka and just as she is about to begin her experiement she is interrupted by Muneyuki.

Ouka is freed but passes out. When she wakes up I think Muneyuki tells her why Kyoka is that way.

I'm guessing she was upset that Chifusa the youngest sibling was chosen as successor instead of her; the first born.

If she can gather enough "breast research" maybe her father will name her successor.
