£50 seems a bit reckless to bet on an exact scoreline to me personally, but while I'm here, I may as well ask what these other accumulator bets are.

no good.I lost one of the games and so I lost everything. I put £50 for the following games:

Malta - Portugal - 2
Poland - Slovenia - 1
Armenia - Turkey - 2
Georgia - Ireland - 2
Montenegro - Bulgaria - 2
Rep. of Macedonia - Scotland -1 (plus the score)
Argentina - Paraguay - 1
Romania - Lithuania - 1

DAmn I lost the Poland game so now even if I guess all the rest of the games I still won't win anything.

Good first full round of qualifying matches for the most part went as expected. Surprise results were Iceland getting a draw in Norway, Poland drawing with Slovenia, Sweden failing to beat Albania, Lithuania's 3-0 win over Romania, and of course France losing 3-1 to Austria.

2010 FIFA World Cup qualification - UEFA Group 4

Latest Results:

Russia 2 – 1 Wales
Pavlyuchenko 22' (pen.), Pogrebnyak 81';
Ledley 67'

It was a typical Russian national team match. One really stupid mistake by Semak (but thanks God, Akinfeev took this penalty shootout (Deja vu. Does Welsh team have a player who knows how to score a penalty kick?)), one amazing and very important goal by Pogrebnyak (no one knows how happy am I that he's recovered from his knee injury, finally, he's back and can play for Zenit and national team ^^).

Azerbaijan 0 – 0 Liechtenstein

Finland 3 – 3 Klose
Johansson 32', Vayrynen 43', Sjolund 53';
Klose 38', 45', 83'

Pure entertainment. The most interesting match I've seen so far. It reminded me a lot of semi-final Germany:Turkey. Same story, though, this time the result can't completely satisfy German team.

and I still can't understand why Löw trusts Gómez so much.

I thought it was a pretty good performance by Wales considering that they've been forced to field a mostly under-21 team. The occasion probably got to the Gareth Bale a bit.

The second russian goal wasn't scored by Semak, it was an own goal from Veli Lampi. A strange victory (Arshavin's goal was a masterpiece, though. Finally, he started to play seriously (more or less)). Russian players should say a big collective "Thanks!" to the finnish defenders. Two own goals in one match... Every coach's worst nightmare.

My source was wrong, unfortunately. About the own goals, there was a Premiership match in which a team lost 3-1 with three own goals about six years ago. In fact I found "highlights" on YouTube.

Poor Sorensen. =( It's not surprising that Sunderland were relegated from the Premiership at the end, clearly that wasn't their season.
