| This might be a bit shallow for our genius girl Kurisu, but I think she's really cute. Of course, those other qualities of hers are very admirable and flesh her out as a likable and believable character, but her cuteness is a big deal. On top of that, there is of course the fact that she is fairly unconventional as a female lead, being smart and considerably more capable than Rintarou. This is a major plus, and Rintarou having that Chunibyou problem (8th-grader syndrome) ends up actually giving Kurisu some points since she appears more mature. So she ends up as this respectable but cute girl that we all like so much :) |
