Best anime adaptions

So you know the rule; 90% of the anime are worse than the original manga. (Maybe a reason why GAINAX anime are so well done)
So which anime is the best adaption in you opinion?

I love Bakemonogatari, the visual style of both anime and manga aren't anything special but the voice acting was superb...

Pandora Hearts was exactly the same as the manga. Well, except for the ending. But they followed it nicely.
