| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I haven't watched the first OVA adaptation so I guess I'll watch this one. Nice air maneuvers at opening, so the going rate is 20k $ per confirmed kill and 5k $ penalty for refusal of order. In the end, he did made the right decision to make profit out of his initial loss to the 5k $ penalty. I've searched the inter-webs for his plane, says it's F-8E. Merc-pilots eh? Take off and landing on their runway alone is pretty crazy so probably that makes the rest of them too or maybe just a bit! >_< |

| Haven't seen OVA either but this liking what I see so far since I am a fan of aerial dogfights. Not bad I guess. If there's one thing I really enjoyed besides the introduction and action so far, the OST is also pretty damn good. |

| Erf, even if I try to ignore the fact that the OVA does everything better (animation, ost, comdey), I'm still left with a ugly CGI fest and the worst case of unfitting music I've ever seen. I hope it gets better. |
